Eventim is Europe's leading ticketing and live entertainment company. They entered the Dutch sport market in 2015, contracted Ajax and Feyenoord and appointed me as consultant sport / productmanager. In this role I supported the clubs in performing their daily ticketing processes and related commercial activities and represent the range of products we offered in terms of consultancy and productmanagement: ticketing, CRM, access control, online shop, stadium visualisation and secondary ticketing. With over 500 employees and 1.2 million members the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB) is the biggest sport association of the Netherlands. During this period the KNVB replaced an outdated rotating ticketing system.
