As an aspiring young adult with a drive for knowledge, I am apart of Year Up in the cybersecurity track and I’ve learned how to get out my comfort zone, discipline, and being professional. Relevant coursework includes Microcomputers and hardware, Network Security Basics, and Network Communication Security and Authentication.Before Year Up I was pursuing an IT degree at Northern Virginia Community College while Working as a Security Guard as well. What led me to Year up was the fact that they help you acquire the necessary skills to be efficient in your desired track within a one-year intense process. (Cybersecurity) I want to acquire at least 3 certifications relating to cybersecurity and become a cybersecurity analyst within the next 2 years.The last thing you should know about me is that no matter what happens I always see the bright side of the situation.
