The Merchant Sales Integration Consultant (MSIC) acts as the primary point of contact for both the Global Treasury Services and Consumer Mass Market Small Business Sales teams. The MSIC partners directly with the sales segments to ensure continuity and consistency exists for all Merchant Sales Officers and Merchant Account Managers aligned within and across each respective segment. Additionally, the MSIC acts as the single “voice” into the GTS Merchant Services team to provide client VOC and sales associate VOA regarding formation of product strategy and tactics to drive revenue. Conversely, for instances where Merchant clients or merchant sales associates are impacted Partners with the GTS End to End Implementation and Servicing partner to ensure messaging and communications are accurate, consistent, and timely in the overall GTS End to End value chain.
