Established a core creative services group to support the new branding of a well-established direct sales company. Team functions included digital content development, art direction, graphic design, and motion graphics. Worked closely with internal teams and valued partners to create impactful events and sales materials and integrated marketing campaigns. Specific accomplishments included: theme, content, and deliverables for large, arena-sized conventions; videos to support conventions, including openers, instructional, and highlights; promotional collateral, including ads, brochures, and videos to support product and opportunity initiatives.Other responsibilities included managing event production companies, video producers, photographers, and agencies to create and maintain a high level of creative execution and brand standards.

Springville Utah

Established and maintained a high level of corporate branding and standards for a large, international direct sales company, Reorganizing and managing a staff of up to 21 employees in the Creative Services department. This department produced copy, communications, packaging, collateral, publications, advertisements, event support, distributor tools, audio tools, corporate videos, and branding solutions. Additional responsibilities included establishing and maintaining a department budget; hiring, mentoring, counseling, and disciplining of all creative staff; and contributing to the overall marketing objectives of Neways.
