With over 12 years of experience in the IT and HR industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who specialises in solution consulting for employee experience (EX) solutions. I am currently the Director of Solution Consulting for Employee Experience (APJ) at ServiceNow, a global leader in digital transformation and cloud computing. My mission is to help organisations create great experiences for their employees, customers, and partners, by leveraging the power of the ServiceNow platform and its innovative products and services.In my current role, I lead a world-class team of high performing EX Solution Consultants across the APJ region, covering Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, India, South Korea, and Japan. I oversee the strategic direction, growth, and development of the team, as well as the execution of sales and customer success initiatives. I have successfully delivered a 77% YoY growth in team size, and a 99.5% quota attainment in FY22. I have also expanded the EX business in India and South Korea, bringing on the first USD1M+ clients in these markets.
