Part of the Telecommunications Engineering and Integration team. Responsibilities include: Planning, analysis, design & implementation of all voice telecom circuit services to include SIP trunking, Concurrent Call Paths (CCP), T1, PRI, 1FB and CLID for Retail, Administrative and Data Center locations within the Wells Fargo Corporate network. Design SIP and TDM voice capacity across voice platforms against current configurations to provide diversity (Carrier, POP/Switch and Local), scalability (supporting forecasted and organic growth) and supportability (services that are proven and stable). Provide SIP and/or TDM voice capacity sizing based on requirements and analyze call flow details/volumes while applying Erlang traffic management, call flow trends and defined thresholds for voice capacity. Partner with internal Wells Fargo technology teams to understand the business telecommunications requirements. Work with Telecom Carriers to drive Session Border Controller and Session Initiated Protocol integration between the carriers and Wells Fargo.

Full accountability for efficient management of multiple major projects in collaboration with assigned Project Managers, supporting large financial customers billing $120+M annually. Coordinate project planning / project design and technical infrastructure operations, including technical support for key activations and changes. Drive project and vendor teams within program and project tasks, focusing on project planning, financial management, staffing, communication and scope management. Spearhead executive and senior management communications between Verizon and clients. Plan and participate in quarterly Executive Sponsor Reviews.* Effectively managed cradle-to-grave project lifecycles on small, medium and large complex projects, with focus on process enhancements and improvements in service delivery.* Closely collaborated with key internal and external stakeholders, including clients’ Vendor Management Groups, regarding project scope expectations and timely / accurate project deliverables.* Delivered operational support within the program, including directing strong change management and process support and implementing ITIL project methodologies in working with vendor teams to provide weekly status reports and updates.
