Overseeing 29 stores across 2 states I provide business advice and direction to franchisees to improve management practices, profitability and achieve sales growth. I develop effective relationships to ensure compliance of systems and standards are met. When needed I liaise with lessors and centre management, assist in implementing appropriate Local Area Marketing initiatives and integrate involvement within the local community. Key Responsibilities include: •Driving each individual franchisee sales, customer count and profitability . •Maximising the support provided to franchisees and providing a strong link between franchisor and franchisee •System compliance •Identify areas for improvement and implementing procedures to encourage improvement, whether it is operational or financial•Motivate franchisees to move their business forward and acheive success.
