With a few decades under my belt in the HR Tech Solutions space as a sales professional and leader, there are a couple of constants, one being, nothing is constant! I’ve partnered with and worked for industry-leading companies, from publicly traded multi-nationals to entrepreneurial startups to PE funded ventures. Some succeeded, some not so much. The other constant throughout has been developing strong mutually beneficial relationships with my internal colleagues and my client partners.
