Ensure the consistent delivery of technology customer satisfaction service levels for North American and European business units by providing 24/7 maintenance and support of the distributed operations computing environment.

Provide system administration support for the Tactical Aircraft Mission Planning System (TAMPS) on MicroVax II and III (VAX/VMS platforms). Maintain and populate databases utilized for disseminating U.S Naval Intelligence data to tactical military units.
