The goal to help Peak Connect become a leading provider of networking services for regional NSW.Key focus is on business networking solutions including both cabled and WiFi, building access control, and cameras, using Ubiquiti equipment.

The Charles Sturt University Industry Hubs was an innovative initiative located on multiple campuses aimed at fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and experimentation within the institution. The Industry Hubs would have served as a space for interdisciplinary research, knowledge exchange, and practical application of the latest ideas, empowering students, faculty, and staff to collaboratively address real-world challenges. The program aimed to offer a vibrant ecosystem for businesses, entrepreneurs, startups, multinational organisations, government agencies, students and researchers, to co-locate and collaborate in modern flexible workspaces.My role was to help with the creation of the hubs, develop an operating model for them, recommend the technology used in the spaces, like booking systems, video conferencing, networking and access control.
