Once completing my Public Administration degree with the University of Central Florida, my education awarded me the benefit of exploring positions in the Human Resources field which developed my people skills for employee, client and customer interactions, as well as expanded my talents in seeking and retaining talent for various positions, personnel relations, orientation/on-boarding, employment law, HR administrative support, event coordination and much more within an organization. Prior to joining accesso, I held Human Resources, consulting and administrative positions. I have worked for companies such as Right Management, Aerosim Flight Academy, Intererval International, and Knight Newspapers.
