Educated clinical providers on implementation of DeepScribe’s ambient listening technology into their day-to-day clinic routine. Managed clinical documentation quality and provided functional feedback to over 400 medical scribes (onshore/offshore) in order to achieve a much higher level of customer satisfaction.Managed medical scribe placement in note production queues by effectiveness, level of training, and specialty note type. Trained 6 Quality Assurance Specialists and provided operational supervision/support for required software, grading rubric, providing effective feedback, and auditing standards.
