With over ten years in store management operations, I gained vast experience in Customer Service with a success in developing, implementing, and leading strategies and change initiatives to achieve excellence in employee and customer engagement, while optimizing financial performance at individual and regional operations. I transitioned to Education where I felt I would enhance "My Why" while continuing to possess strong analytical skills as well as communication skills resulting in positive organizational enhancements. I started Education as a First Grade teacher and a year later became a Performing Arts Teacher where I now have the opportunity to teach and impact over 300 scholars weekly. I am responsible for driving the vision for the Performing Arts curriculum in my school building and ensure that day-to-day logistics, schedule, and operations are a reflection of the vision. I continue to demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to work effectively with other educators, families, and scholars resulting in positive organizational enhancements.
