You just never know where life is going to take you. Isn’t that right? Despite life’s twists and turns, I’ve come to value constant growth and learning in order to improve yourself and help those around you. As a college student, I took my education very seriously, and the art of Communications sparked me the most. To strengthen my skills, I applied and was hired to work in my college’s Admissions Office. In my 3 years of working as an assistant to the Admissions Counselors, I’ve learned the value of meeting new people, listening to their needs, and helping them get from where they were to where they want to be. As I encountered the unique personalities of every individual, the art of communications continued to grow in my interest. I planned. And I planned. And I planned for what path I wanted to take with my degree. However, the curveball of 2020 shifted my perspective. It was during the pandemic that I realized I wanted to pursue a career in Business and Entrepreneurship, and I believe my love for Communications will aid me in building my team to reach our daily goals and life-long mission. Business is deeply woven in our culture for as long as we’ve existed. However, the way we exchange goods is continuously evolving along with the world, and I, with my interests and skills, hope to bring people together through the work and passion put into a small, self-crafted business.
