• Led 20 person team of officers, technicians, support, and admin personnel while directing operations, security, and routine logistical support of a $5.3M alert facility and alternate wing command post
• Orchestrated missile retargeting operations and oversaw 16 maintenance teams for final encryption code removal project completing the deactivation phase of missile system life cycle.
• Identified rare system connectivity defect and authorized countermeasures to narrow down root cause, protect non-responsive missile, and deny potential for unauthorized penetration of command and control system.
