CurrentResponsible for assessing, developing, and deploying the organization’s strategic product categories to expand into new markets and form alliances and partnerships that increase revenue. • Manage end-to-end product development from inception, plan development, requirements, implementation, and servicing. • Account Manager – Single point of contact for over 100 college/university groups and cross- functional coordination for internal operations including servicing, claims, underwriting and contract negotiations. • Continually optimize existing product portfolio for opportunities to grow penetration, retention, and customer satisfaction • Manage process of change in multiple TPA's over the past years • Bid / RFP analysis, preparation and presentation • Represent the company at client University Orientations, Educational Expo’s and local events.
