A Regional Business Manager leads direct reports (Regional Business Analyst and Business Technicians). We are responsible for mentoring Regional Business Analysts and Business Technicians, while achieving Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. We are also responsible for managing the Regions budget. Tasked with ensuring we have proper internal controls and SOX Compliance. We lead the development of an 8-year budgets and cash flows. We support the start-up of new wind sites. Also we maintain an accurate forecast and ensure the team meets their plan.
