Led a dynamic team of professionals to recruit, advise, and counsel top achieving students from around the world as they positioned themselves to enter the number sixth-ranked Doctor of Pharmacy program (PharmD) at the University of Kentucky. I introduced a new CRM platform (Liaison) to the admissions and recruitment process, which has since been adopted college-wide. I also used SAP throughout this role. In addition, I created and implemented marketing plans, and communications flow related to recruitment and enrollment for this program.

I conducted high-level research on behalf of the surgeons and produced abstracts related to the manuscript topics. I communicated with publishers, journal editors and associated constituents to drive the process through to publication taking the lead with all technical aspects of each manuscript. In addition to manuscript development, I produced high level visual presentations for global conference presentations in the given specialty as well produced research posters which were presented at international surgery conferences.
