This includes everything from sketch sessions, workshops, customer journeys, user flows, wireframes to visual and interaction design across all touch points. I work with engineers to implement from sketch to code.- Establish a culture of experimentation - we are constantly testing and performing A/B. experiments to iterate and improve our current experience and conversion rates.
