At Xero I was responsible for the design direction of Xero mobile products and mobile design system (Mobile XUI), as well as the operational excellence of my team. I worked closely with the Mobile leadership team on defining and delivering a five year strategy that would improve value for customers, grow and develop team members and provide efficiencies.

At Qantas, I managed the customer experience and design teams and direction for Qantas and Jetstar accommodation products, including Hotels and Holidays, and their integration into the wider brand ecosystems and platforms.Main Functions and Responsibilities- Manage and grow the Qantas and Jetstar accommodation design teams and build a productive, inclusive.

During my time at Disney, I set the UX strategy across their products and experiences for the Australian and New Zealand (ANZ) market. This included a re-platforming and redesign of the ANZ online store (Shop My Disney), as well as large scale campaigns for new release movies, mobile apps, websites, and immersive and interactive activations for Disney.
