- Rewrote the nightly import of sales data which had been failing 1-2 times per week, causing reporting issues and creating many hours of manual data correction. Lead Developer of Auscript/For The Record's workflow management system and online ordering portal.- Delivered massive improvements to efficiency to various parts of our transcript production workflow by creating custom processes to create/update records that are used to move the transcript from creation all the way to delivery. In some cases, reducing clicks + page reloads by more than 80%.- Implemented a code promotion + deployment workflow to dramatically decrease our risk of production interruptions. Previously, deployments were viewed by the business as incredibly risky. Now, they are welcomed. In my time with FTR, none of my deployments have caused production shutdowns when previously they were quite common.- Facilitated a huge upgrade of Auscript's online ordering portal from Classic to Lightning.
