LRS Consulting Services is based in Springfield, Illinois with additional branch offices scattered across the US. Tasked with identifying and placing technical professionals at various organizations throughout Central Illinois in contractual, contract to hire and direct hire positions. Strong experience placing technical professionals with various backgrounds and skill sets, including Program/Project Managers, Business/Systems Analysts, QA Testers (Manual and Automated), Application Developers (.Net, Java, PHP, COBOL, RPG, Python, PowerBuilder, etc.), Database Administrators (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, IMS, etc.), Report Writers (SSRS, Cognos, Crystal Reports, Business Objects), Systems Administrators (Windows, Unix, Linux), Network Engineers, Desktop Support Specialists, Help Desk Specialists, HealthCare IT Professionals, MS Access Specialists and other technical positions. Active in all phases of the recruiting lifecycle – sourcing candidates, screening candidates, negotiating compensation, interview preparations, logistical assistance when needed and consultant follow-up. Works closely with LRS Account Executives to ensure an understanding of the technical scope of our open positions exists. Leads a team of Springfield, IL based Technical Recruiters who are also tasked with locating top technical talent in the area. Assists with training and mentoring new recruiters who enter the LRS Associate Recruiter Program. Works closely with upper management to ensure our recruiting efforts are meeting client and internal expectations.

Supervising and disseminating duties of four branch offices --two locations in Decatur, one in Champaign, and one in Urbana. Provide services to many departments and responsibilities included: loan underwriting, supervision of all collection practices, achieving company sales and collection goals, supervision and training of employees in both markets, creating television and radio advertisement scripts, negotiating television and radio advertising contracts, supervising payroll entries for all employees, preparing selected accounts for legal action, preparing selected accounts for write off, reporting directly several times weekly to the Chief Organizational Officer, and any other duties required.
