I began INVESTING in Rural King stock in April/2016, until I OWNED 2500 share by 2018, until RK ceased 'stock' in Feb./2019, so I CASHED OUT over $100k, which retired ALL my debts and left with a nice bonus taxed at 15%?They 'decided' to close their stock offerings TOTALLY, ~10 months AFTER I made TOO much money?I began at RK as a 'Temporary Remodel Associate' in ~2013​ and I've continued as an Associate <15 hrs/wk, as long as it is below 25 hrs/wk, to NOT penalize my SSDI, which pays for my mandatory and VERY EXPENSIVE BOTOX 'eyelid'​ injections every quarter. As I get into below, my TBI was very similar to a stroke, but I was just 18, not 80?Too many of the 'powers to be'​ just don't understand the differences between college curriculums; Harvard, UIUC, EIU or Monmouth College...My complaint against Illinois DHS involves the last ADA precedent, Title II 'mental disability,' so I've got a very legitimate grievance! The ENTIRE nation paid their federal taxes, which Illinois DORS used to pay for my UIUC Business B.S, by reason of my TBI disability. But, DHS segregated me behind this Mississippi WALL, after ignoring the 1978 Rehab Act, the 1992 ADA and the 1998 RA federal mandates!The way Gov. Blagojevich 'abused' his appointment power, and 'SOLD' his ability to appoint Obama's replacement in 2008! After receiving a 14 yr sentence for his auction, he served OVER 7 yrs, until Trump got his 'pardoning trophy,' 2 days after I gave Judge Baker one of my first attachments to my profile! (I feel Judge Baker 'probably' got these dates changed) I sent Baker a letter blaming him for Blago's jail, 2 days before I remember Blago getting impromptu pardoned from federal jail! His wife Patti had a VERY stunned facial expression at the news conference, as Rod was 'valiantly' proclaiming his innocence!

This 'owner's' son was NEVER an honor, high honor or summa cum laude student in HS like I was, and it's NOT possible to transfer my INTELLECT? His father had the National Guard 'option,' but my father was a reservist, 'drafted' as a private! After Vietnam, I enjoyed a VERY 'challenging' WASP upbringing, until I won this Illinois COUNTY 'Child of Vietnam Vet' scholarship to UIUC.I finished my first Business semester in fall/1987, but I suffered a VERY severe TBI/coma in a car accident in January/1988! That same year, I returned to Lakeland, then EIU, then my return to Business in 1991, where I 'endured' VERY intensive, academic, mental therapy until my 'intellect' earned a BS in 1994!Illinois DORS ignored EVERY mandate, so my very damaged 'judgment' was NEVER accommodated at the Arkansas-based Wal-Mart fall/1994, or 'west' of the Mississippi 'WALL' in St. Louis, MO in fall/1995 or with a City of St. Louis 'Personnel Analyst' test I took in Jan./1996!I have been a 'latent' victim of Vietnam War, and Illinois 'incompetence,' as my profile describes?

Dors 'Used' My 'Hidden' Tbi As A Federally Subsidized Disabled Student At Uiuc!

My Traumatic Brain Injury did exactly what I was taught to do, but Illinois DHS ignored every mandate they got, so they 'fired' my antagonist, Carl Suter, less than 6 months after I sued! He had less than 19yrs of state employment, so he was 'forced' out, despite its 'voluntary' nature, since DORS had seen enough of his 'incompetence!'

Illinois DHS (with 80% federal money) paid for ALL of my First-Mid Illinois bank internship in 1995, while they never provided me with ANY kind of 'primarily obligated' job coaching accommodations!Carl couldn't 'see' my 'hidden' TBI, so he felt I didn't need any 'coaching' or accommodations?He blatantly ignored the 1992 ADA Title II Action Guide, which told him how to complete this 1992 ADA 'Self-evaluation!' He was supposed to use DHS 'managers and Supervisors' when answering it, but Carl let just one transient intern, Tim Andrianno, as DHS Phil Morley confirms in a sound clip!Without any accommodations, I could only show up every day for this internship on time...for 8 wks....while the nation paidI Worked with First Mid-IL/Heartland loans and some loans "brokered" from Texas.I waited on customers, filed documents and other minor operations.Today, I know I needed 'job coaching' at this Bank internship, but DHS 'contracted out' their responsibility to a 3rd party, who was supposed to be told by DHS what kind of accommodations I would need? However, post-TBI, I had to 'teach' this 3rd party and DHS how to accommodate me in everything!

Before and after my TBI head injury.)* Organized and coordinated all operations independently.* Scheduled service for up to 20 lawns over the course of many years.* Successfully financed some of the larger equipment purchases.* I was able to 'manage' ALL the operations involved in providing a service to many customers by myself, both BEFORE and AFTER my TBI!

Assisted customers, fielded questions and resolved concerns.* Coordinated displays, learned operations & replenished shelves.
