As the General Manager of Voya Visa, a visa processing company for the Turkish Embassy, I oversee the branch operations and ensure the quality and efficiency of the customer service. I also manage the annual budget and report to the senior leadership on the branch performance and goals.I have a Bachelor of Education in Psychology from the University of Abuja, which helps me to understand the needs and expectations of the customers and the staff. I have developed strong skills in multi-tasking, problem solving, and operations management, which I have demonstrated in my previous role as an Operation Manager and Personal Assistant at MBX-Multiplex Broadband Express, a telecommunications company. There, I was responsible for coordinating the daily activities, handling the administrative tasks, and supporting the CEO and the technical team. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a success-oriented culture in the branch. I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques to improve my performance and the branch outcomes. I am also motivated by the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team and to contribute to the growth and development of the company.
