Developed, planed, tested, and implemented network infrastructure upgrades, application installations, and topography changes. Delegated project assignments, everyday maintenance, and help desk duties among IT team members. Troubleshooting of "production down" situations relating to Server or network issues in fastest possible manner. High pressure, fast paced, live broadcast, real time auction and merchandise sales environment where utilization of creativity and ingenuity was a necessity in order to achieve IT infrastructure goals or perform regular updates and maintenance without disruption to 24/7 production environment.
