As lead graphic designer I take the lead on large projects such as creating the annual product catalog while managing the team set for the process. As well as maintaining daily proofs and mock up to assist the sales force. Weekly projects can typically consist of flyer, posters, and other sales aids while keeping up the company's brand strategy. Other duties consist of helping in product development and packaging design.

As Graphic Designer I design proofs and mock ups for custom products ordered such as knit and sublimated socks, sublimated sleeves, and more. Designing promotional posters, new product flyers, and new custom product templates are also a part of what I do here. In addition to these I manage incoming orders as well as assign them to other member in my department for output. Press setup, maintenance, manage color and black inks, reels for Wood–Hoe web-fed offset press, maintain consistency of ink on printed material, maintain registration, process plates utilizing computer to plate (ctp) software (Max Workflow) while keeping processor loaded with plates, and operate press console.
