About John Jackson
I spent the last 5+ years breaking into Customer Success via tech start ups in NYC. The first two years owning the end to end customer journey at a scrappy series A organization trying to disrupt the multi-billion dollar off campus student housing industry. In 2020, I wore a variety of CX hats for an early stage conversational AI solution, EliseAI, breaking those early AI barriers in the multi-family real estate operations space. Most recently, I spent 2.5 years at Kustomer, an enterprise helpdesk CRM product enabling brands to create modern omni-channel CX strategies. Here we took a consultative proactive approach to CS as we grew revenue from $15 to $50+ Million and was acquired by Meta for $1 Billion. At Kustomer, I was responsible for driving value through customer outcomes which would lead to adoption, retention and expansion of a $5 million book of business.
