General Manager
CurrentXtremecraze is a high energy, faced paced environment. Using my restaurant background and management skills, I have worked through the company to a General Manager position. I took a hiatus during COVID and came back in September of 2021. We have a staff of 20-30 ranging through the year in which I hire, train and retain them. Also working hand in hand with the owner of the company directly. Driving sales through old practices but also developing new to keep the business fresh and relevant through the years. I take care of the scheduling and payroll processing for our store and work with the the accountant hand in hand to ensure it is smooth. Also as the company does not have an HR department, I tend to end up filling that role as well. We are a successful company who has made it through two recession's and a pandemic, I have learned a great deal both professionally and personally from working at this company and I am excited to bring this elsewhere.
