This was accompanied by a 12 page training manual that I created. For my efforts, I received a "Gold Encore Award". Another leadership experience I had while with J&J was organizing an interdepartmental tour of the consumer care (call) center through networking. The event was attended by those at the director level through analysts and all came away with new found appreciation for the end consumer's concerns for J&J products.

I am grateful for this.
