Mr. May was the Net Branch Manager of the Northern California office and oversaw 15 employees. At Aldridge Legal, Mr. May was responsible for analyzing and underwriting both the asset and the borrower in order to restructure the debt and reach a viable solution for both the borrower and financial institution. Through this process Mr. May has restructured over $60 million worth of residential mortgages, essentially turning non-performing assets into performing assets, creating a win-win situation for both lender and borrower.

Prime Mortgage Funding was a privately-owned direct lender in the mortgage industry. Prime Mortgage Funding would originate, underwrite, and fund A and B paper for both commercial and residential. Headquartered in the Silicon Valley, Prime Mortgage Funding had 17 offices and 200 employees. As Managing Partner, Mr. May’s responsibilities included overall credit and underwriting decisions and ensuring that all files complied with RESPA /TIL federal banking laws. Mr. May was responsible for all daily operations including sales, recruitment, and regulatory compliance.

Capital West Home Mortgage headquartered in the Silicon Valley and had 2 locations inNorthern California and 45 employees. Capital West Home Mortgage originated both Aand B paper for residential mortgages. Mr. May managed a team of 8 direct employees,funding approximately $10-12 million in monthly loan volume. Mr. May was responsiblefor training and recruitment, underwriting and credit analysis. Mr. May built relationshipswith local financial planners and other professionals in the financial services industry,becoming Top Revenue Producing Branch of the Year for both 2004 and 2005originating and funding over $100 million in residential paper.
