John's role includes but is not limited to:Leading Programs and understanding Product Goals for multiple global Product Scrum Teams. Developing close partnerships with Product Owners for gartner.com Product Website and Product Reviews and Rating Website (Gartner Peer Insights). John has experience with scaling Agile across the organization along with building NEW and managing experienced Scrum Teams. This role includes people and team management responsibilities as well as Agile coaching Gartner associates worldwide. John is a Licensed Agile Coach whose responsibilities include developing and delivering Scrum/Agile Training Classes, assessing and improving Team Culture and helping lead organizational Learning and Development.

John is the Production Director for External and Internal Gartner websites.John's role includes but is not limited to:Building a world-class interaction team to meet existing and growing business needs. This includes providing day-to-day management and mentoring for the Interaction Design team. Constantly balancing and evaluating business needs and project requests to align with team structure and resource optimization.John helps to drive user experience and vision of internal and external partners from idea through implementation. This includes being a part of implementing interaction solutions for product and web related applications. John also organizes advanced design efforts to seek out new ideas and technologies and cultivate new concepts. This is always hand in hand with looking at ways to meet current and future business needs.

Responsibilities include training project team members on all aspects of Hartford Life’s Project and Process Methodology (The Framework). This role also includes mentoring individuals and project teams in the creation, review and approval of project deliverables throughout the project life cycle while actively incorporating best practices into The Framework.
