Implementation Manager
CurrentPROJECT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:· Coordination of internal/external resources or vendors· Ensure projects are delivered on time/on budget· Manage changes to project schedule and scope· Report and escalate to management if necessary· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors· Perform risk management to minimize project risks. KEY TENANTS:1. Schedule and lead test and turn up calls.2. Attend standing Client calls to provide thorough updates and milestone completions.3. Follow up with carriers/vendors weekly on order status.4. Drive carriers/vendors to meet due dates.5. Drive our Clients to test and turn up once projects are completed.6. Administrative Items.EXPECTATIONS:· Work any project that requires scheduling or coordination with a Client and/or vendor.· Provide status reports weekly as requested by management.· Send out and lead meeting invites to the provider, Client and/or vendor for any scheduled, coordinated event.· Follow up with carriers every week when tracking order progress.· Facilitate team meetings involving provider, business and technical resources.· Take a Customer Service approach.
