A little bit about me; I began my career at a medium sized manufacturer and distributor of automotive products, working my way up from an Accountant to Controller. Over the course of the last 25 years I’ve held roles of Controller, VP Finance, and CFO, and worked in multiple industries including manufacturing, retail, technology, apparel, media, eCommerce, distribution, and services. I’ve worked with Companies ranging in scale from $15M - $15B in revenue, and from 50 – 15,000 employees. While serving those roles I oversaw Accounting, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Human Resources, Treasury Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Customer Service departments. I’ve worked with multiple CEO’s for both large and small companies, dealt with investors and shareholders, banks and other lending firms, as well as a wide range of regulatory agencies. Financial and Human Resource executive for a 103 year old printing and graphics company. Responsible for all accounting and treasury functions including month and year end close, all audits, management and financial reporting, and key performance indicator development and monitoring. In addition oversee all Human Resource activities, including administration of health/dental insurance, • Re-created the financial General Ledger to enable the company to run departmental P&L’s for its four core business units, which enabled senior management to properly evaluate profitability of each business unit for Gross Margin, Contribution to Overhead, and Net Income.• Created Key Performance Indicators, such as Scrap/Waste by Press, Downtime by Press, Revenue and Gross Margin by Press, and Cutter Speeds which allows management to monitor production performance.• Able to reduce by 50% a significant increase in the company’s annual health insurance renewal through both plan redesign as well as creation of our simply well program, which encourages overall health and wellness. Activities include quarterly contests (Biggest loser competition, Pedometer challenge, etc.) as well as quarterly lunch ‘n learns with a variety of wellness topics. • Creation of the company sales and compensation plans, including a transition from revenue to gross margin based compensation, establishment of clip level compensation attainments, and real time sales reporting to track performance against plan and prior year performance.

Provide financial direction for Supervise Controller, Treasury Director, and Vice-President of Business Planning as well as accounting, treasury management, and financial modeling staff. Responsible for a total staff of 25, and serves on company’s senior management team. Present financial metrics and review to Board of Directors.• Partnered with CEO and company founders and was instrumental in shaping the growth of the company from 125 employees in 4 cities (with $125 million in revenues) to current size and structure. Company has achieved record profits in six of the past seven years, and enterprise value has increased from $5.5M to over $90M.• Initiated and continued to maintain banking relationships with IBM Global Financing, GE Capital, Castle Pines Capital, First National Bank of Omaha, UMB, and Wells Fargo. • Modeled, developed plans, and managed organization’s operating and capital expense budgets ($2.5M), sales and bonus development ($27.5M), along with accounting department’s labor and operations budgets ($3.0M). • Established and maintained corporate policies and procedures for cash management, budgeting, revenue recognition, expense reporting, and long-range financial planning. • M&A experience includes orchestrating complex six month due diligence period for proposed acquisition from a private equity firm. Also performed extensive due diligence on value added reseller acquiring MSI, as well as help coordinate integration efforts between the two finance departments. Work included consolidated financial reporting, and the merging of systems including ERP, PSA, CRM, and our commission database.• Served on company steering committee for benefits program development and administration. Other internal committee’s participated includes Compensation Committee, Sales Plan Committee, and Systems Steering Committee.

• Reduced overhead operating expenses by more than 7%, saving hundreds of thousands of dollars by identifying and implementing reductions in operating and labor expenses to return company to profitability following several years of losses. o Managed IGF line of credit (LOC), a $40 million base which fluctuates up to $80 million during peak periods, as well as $5M line for both GE and Castle Pines with similar seasonality uplifts. o Optimized IBM LOC using early-pay discounts to offset interest expense, resulting in greater discounts taken than interest paid in the past five years.• Spearheaded technology integration within the accounting and operation groups. Supervised installation of two ERP systems which have yielded $1,600,000 in operating savings.• Collaborated with COO to arrange financing to achieve stock buyback from key vendor. Helped negotiate 0% interest over three years in repurchase of 1.4M shares.• Managed treasury functions to maximize cash flow. Streamlined cash availability by two days through establishment of strategically located lockboxes nationwide. • Implemented policies to reduce accounts receivable days sales outstanding (currently 32 days sales outstanding; below industry average of 45 days).• Created rolling three year business and financial model, including pro forma Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements, with analysis for each statement plus banking covenant analysis, ratio analysis, headcount analysis, and imbedded sensitivity capabilities. • Served as point executive for annual insurance renewal of worker’s compensation, E&O, D&O, property, and crime policies.• Created and maintained sales and bonus plans for all company departments. • Coordinated annual independent stock price evaluation program.

Managed accounting for 5-6 World Enterprise business units (subsidiaries of OWH Corporate), including a distribution company and Omaha.com. Performed book-keeping and reporting, including financial statement preparation, monthly and year-end audits, quarterly report development, bank reconciliations, budget reporting, financial analysis, forecasting, tax reporting, and payroll processing. Managed general ledger and accounts payable and receivables for each entity. Coordinated with 5-6 employees to compile financial information.Led implementation of Oracle financial management and procurement system across OWH corporate as well as subsidiaries. System yielded operational efficiency, allowing for 10-person reduction in administrative headcount without a corresponding service reduction.Contributed to planning and documentation of corporate five-year plan.

Handled general accounting, including bank reconcilations, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivables, and internal financial reporting.
