A conscientious, dedicated and enthusiastic Police officer with over 15 years experience in with Nottinghamshire Police and a further 4 1/2 years in the British Army with the Royal Military Police serving both at home and abroad.I am highly trained with regards to the National Decision Making Model and subsequently conflict/risk management and resolution. I am currently a specialist taser trained Officer and have previously been trained within the firearms arena where I worked for over 4 years prior to moving onto the Roads Policing Department.I spent 3 years working within the pro-active specialist Road Crime Team within the regional East Midlands Operational Support Service where I have expanded my skills by becoming an accredited Tactical Pursuit and Containment tactical advisor. I have since returned to Nottinghamshire Police Force where I am a member of the Operational Support Road Crime Team.I have a proven track record of excellence within my working environments and a proven history of honesty, integrity and willingness to go the extra yard to ensure positive results.Aside from my professional life I am a dedicated family man with keen interests in sports, and I am still active within the local and national Police footballing communities.
