Current- Managed the dispatching department which consist of 3 dispatchers.
- Performed daily internal audits with the accounting department
- Attend daily managerial meetings to improve revenue and transportation goals.
- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; processing purchasing orders as required; tracking orders and investigating problems.
- Route 15 drivers from San Diego to San Francisco.
- Utilized Quick Books, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, JJ Keller Manifesting Portal and Smart Service (dispatching software) on a daily basis to route drivers and input invoices.
