- Responsible for management of branch including the leadership for sales, customer service, regulatory, policy and compliance, and facility management. - Regularly and customarily directs the work of staff in the branch and exercises discretion and independent judgment in performing duties. - Duties include people management, developing a customer centered branch environment, expert product/service knowledge, partnership with other areas of the company and retail store management, and may involve community involvement. - Accountable for branch balance sheet and financial statements, and branch profit and loss.

- Develop and maintain positive member and staff relationships. - Provide transactional member service. - Maintain individual cash drawer throughout the day. Balance drawer at the end of shift, when needed. - Initiate Sales/Service activities.- Develop personal sales/referral skills. - Achieve personal sales/referral goals. - Use tag-ons with every member interaction. - Assist in achievement of branch sales goals. - Refer members to the platform, Real Estate and SAFE Financial Services for assistance as appropriate. - Assist in the balancing of the branch. - Maintain files, complete regulatory reports, and assist with other duties as assigned. - Participate in self-development and training programs. - Acquire personal skills through ongoing internal/external programs.

- Accountable for sales and service activities for in-store branch locations. - Proactively seeks new customers through in-store marketing and in-aisle prospecting. - Handles teller transactions, sells/cross-sells bank products and services, and resolves complex customer service issues.- Open new accounts and products that best fit customers need.- Participates with maintaining operational integrity at the branch. - Refers customers to other areas of U.S. Bank as appropriate. - Develops new business and expands customer relationships. - Converts service opportunities into sales events.

- Greeting customers and making them feel welcome. Providing excellent customer service.- Processing transactions for customers to help them manage their finances. - Finding ways to make financial services more convenient for customers. - Referring customers to talk to Bankers or other Wells Fargo partners. - Receive frequent recognition and rewards for top performance- Work closely as a key member of a team- Excel at multitasking
