I hold a Customer Success Manager Certified Professional credential from Gainsight, and I have over a year of experience in this role.My passion for education stems from my previous roles as a data analyst, a college and career readiness specialist, an assistant principal, and a history teacher and coach in various school districts. I have a master's degree in educational leadership and administration from Stephen F. Austin State University, and a bachelor's degree in multi-/interdisciplinary studies from University of North Texas.
