With over 40 years of experience as a business leader, advisor, coach and mentor, I work with business owners and leaders to help them realise the potential for themselves, their businesses and their people. I have been described as someone who ‘appears fearless’, ‘imbues positive energy’ ‘motivates people to actually make it happen’.I help businesses and their people be more successful by focusing on leadership. I do this in strategic planning and execution facilitation roles, leadership and team performance engagements, as an advisory board member and working as a business and executive coach for organisations in a diverse range of industries. These range from long-term engagements to one-off workshops, from global enterprises to SMEs. I am based in Brisbane, Australia but travel all over the world working for clients. This includes regular trips to the technology and innovation hubs of Silicon Valley in California, Seattle in Washington and Research Triangle Park in North Carolina.If I had to best describe what I do it would be a sounding board, strategist, performance coach and someone who achieves success through people in an engaging way. It doesn’t matter to me what industry my clients are in, as long as they’re passionate about transforming themselves, their team and their business, I can help them do it. Seeing the freedom and fulfilment this provides business owners and leaders with is very rewarding.
