•Assist clients with emergency backup recovery and disaster recovery failover•Investigate and resolve errors with client backups•Onboard new clients and manage cloud backups for multiple clients using Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud•Onboard new clients and manage cloud disaster recovery for multiple clients using Zerto•Create IPSEC VPNs and networks in VMware Cloud Director to facilitate cloud-based disaster recovery•Monitor client backup and DR status to proactively handle issues

•Research newly found vulnerabilities and perform remediations in client environments•Monitor for anomalous client network traffic and computer activity using Alienvault - open source SIEM (rebranded as ATT Cybersecurity)•Manage and monitor AV/Endpoint protection for clients using Symantec and Blackberry Cylance•Research potentially malicious software detected in client environments•Monitor internet traffic through web filtering with Cisco Umbrella•Manage phishing training and run simulated phishing campaigns for clients•Perform daily review of NIDS/IDS dashboard/reports from Alienvault•Utilize PowerShell scripts to deploy AV agents as part of new client onboarding•Work with various technical partners to help determine appropriate remediation response

•Work remotely as well as on-site with users to resolve technical support issues•Configure workstations and accounts and groups (Active Directory, Office 365, Sharefile, Lastpass) for new employees•Script Windows cleanup and management and AV agent installation to accelerate new computer setup using PowerShell •Manage client servers and user environments including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy configurations and adjustments•Manage and troubleshoot Office 365 accounts and group configurations•Create and maintain knowledgebase documentation on common problems
