CurrentProvide end user help desk support for both TLN staff and library members on all supported hardware and software. Install and configure library technology hardware, including network infrastructure equipment. Process quote and purchasing requests for library members. Manage routine tasks for the shared system and shared automation departments. Resolve all website maintenance and any web content updating tasks. Provide troubleshooting support of the print and PC time management software used by member libraries. Conduct UI and UX testing for all newly obtained software; author feedback and user documentation prior to launch. Coordinate the redesign of company logo and all graphic design projects. Maintain inventory databases for TLN and member library equipment.
