-Manage sales order forms for point of sale, promotional items, advertising opportunities -Attain items for marketing programs and advertising campaigns and giveaways, contact and communicate with winners-Manage/vet/ develop innovative company sponsorships and festivals to increase awareness, brand activation and sales-Oversee community partnerships-Engage with community members and businesses to push HBC and create more collaboration opportunities within our community-Create digital and print marketing materials for in-house events-Managing retail and POS vendor relations-Find and Facilitate specialized market specific displays and POS items-Manage marketing inbox and online reviews, responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner that is appropriate, positive, and informative-Manage POS ordering system, website and materials-Organization and maintenance of network and distributor resource site

-Perform daily brewery activities, including brewhouse operations, tank and environmental cleaning, yeast handling, cellar work, filter operation, dry hopping-Perform quality control checks of beer throughout brewing process: Check gravity, monitor fermentation, carbonation, transferring, packaging and facilitate sensory panels-Maintain a clean, neat and safe work area at all times. Clean, sanitize all equipment, tanks and brewery areas per company protocols and standards.-Keep accurate daily production records per company and government requirements, including completing of required tax forms, brewery paperwork and documentation-Performs routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting maintenance on process manufacturing equipment when scheduled or needed.-Continually engaged in quality improvement projects and processes to improve the overall efficiency of the operation and products being produced.
