As Director of Infrastructure Engineering, Ken led teams of employees and 3rd parties to provide data center, telecom, information security, service desk and equipment procurement services for a 3,000-employee company. Serving as a C-level technology partner and service center leader, Ken designed, developed and operated five technology service centers for multiple companies, including a 450-employee service center for IBM. He is widely experienced in IT organization leadership, program/project leadership, global delivery and enterprise-wide application design, development and support.
