Technical Support Specialist
Current- Microsoft and DNS SME- Responsible for training teammates in subjects in which I am the SME- Assist clients in creative M365 solutions, including compiling eDiscovery reports for a law client.- Assist senior techs in resolving issues for services and areas such as Citrix, Duo MFA, M365, System Administration, Security, and Networking.- Drive the creation, review, and updating of over 30 knowledge base articles- Research and share security training resources with my teammates and clients to facilitate strong security awareness - Take ownership to investigate and remediate threats such as infections, spam, and phishing.
