# A result oriented engineering graduate in mechanical stream with 8+ years of experience in manufacturing & process engineering at different MNC.# Having in depth knowledge of PV module manufacturing processes, Solar lines, cell manufacturing processes, powder coating,Pretreatment,Auto CAD, Six sigma,lean,5'S,KIZEN,etc & leading many projects. # I joined A-1Fence products company pvt Ltd as an assistant engineer in powder coating and fabrication department in 2016. # After a year I becomes shift engineer of powder coating department. Now I am handling 80-100 manpower ( including supervisor, chemist and ITl) in each shift. # I am fully involve in Production planning and execution according to PPC and central planing team. # I am driving the new process development and existing process control, OEE improvement in department, 5'S ,Lean,QMS , TBT ,RCA ,CAPA and quality assurance and customer competition handling. # I am Maintaining the records as per the requirements of the QMS and IMS. I have done lots of KAIZEN at my work places. # In 2021, I am promoted as senior engineer ( process engineer).# Deep knowledge of Powder coating process, equipment like GEMA and Wagner coating booth and Automatic and manual coating guns. Also doing maintenance of the machine in powder coating. # Good knowledge of coating related issues and it's remedial actions. # Handling customer complains and resolving the same by using 7 QC tools, 8D CAPA and some other lean tools.
