In this role, I provide strategic leadership and daily oversight for multiple functional areas of operations.Since joining Point B, I have been asked to take on several entrepreneurial leadership roles, including growing a newly launched PE-focused practice as the Director, Investment Services and positioning a strategic investment for sale as President of RoundPegg. Having worked at Point B and its subsidiaries since 2003, I have had the opportunity to successfully influence the recruiting of top professionals and developed numerous high potentials into leadership/management roles. Throughout my time at Point B, I have prioritized strong employee communication, collaboration, and engagement, working to build a culture where team members feel empowered and appreciated. My earlier career experience includes heading a PMO at Level 3 Communications and holding multiple leadership roles at GE where I earned my Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt credential. I also completed an MBA through San Diego State University and earned my Bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado.
