Served as the primary liaison between the firm and its domestic and international clients, engaging in proactive client communication, preparing and presenting investment recommendations, supervising timber harvest plans, and implementing strategic directives to portfolio construction to achieve client objectives. •Directed the transfer of 150,000 acres of timberlands within five U.S. states between institutional investors to maintain AUM. Managed investor engagement and cross-functional teams to complete transactional due diligence and ensured optimal tax, entity, and accounting actions.
