In my first 2.5 years at Energy Solutions, I created the branding and website for CalNEXT, a statewide electric emerging technologies program. The website caught the eyes at ComEd, and our company successfully won their contract and brought them on as a new client. I subsequently designed a website for their similar program in Illinois. The success and speed of developing that website earned us yet another web design project with them. As our workload has increased, so has our team. I am honored to be stepping into this new leadership role to take on the mentorship of one of our talented junior designers. I look forward to creating and directing more successful campaigns for programs that truly make a positive impact on our national energy use and carbon emissions.

As the art director at a publishing and marketing company, I helped promote and protect our nation's parks and disseminate environmentally-conscious practices to consumers. I art-directed the iOS app ParkFinder, redesigned, laid-out and directed freelance designers to create 23 titles of annual visitor guides, designed the park database website OhRanger.com, and produced creative marketing collateral.

Working my way up from designer to head of the design department, I worked on a nightly deadline five nights per week directing designers, photographers, and illustrators to create news, features, and sports pages. I hired, trained, and directed the design team, designed opinion and graphics pages and special sections.
