In this role I was the leader of the In House Media team at Philips, comprising ~60 campaign managers globally across Social, Search, Programmatic, Amazon and Affiliate. My focus was on managing a team of talented media specialists, to scale the Philips In House offering to key global markets through defining a Philips ways of working across channels, standardising & automating key elements of the operation, onboarding new markets and delivering superior performance results vs previous partners.

Working with corporate, category and individual brand teams, at a global and regional level on creative and strategic projects. Facilitating co-ordination with other WPP agencies working on Bayer at a global and market-specific level.

Head of Quirk's Engagement department (20+ ppl). This department houses the teams specialising in social media, organic and paid search marketing, paid media and email marketing.

This is a record label brand that I co-owned and managed. The major part of my responsibility here was digital distribution and online marketing. I also produced dance music as Slug, Pitch Hikers and 20 ft Stereo, releasing 5 full length albums, numerous singles, and performing in Japan, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Portugal, Austria, Israel, Australia, South Africa and the UK.

I was hired to lead & manage a group-wide single sign-on product for the Naspers group. In the role, I also managed strategic projects at MWEB Studios (prior to this division becoming 24.com).
