Deposit Duties:-Completing daily deposits of cash and money orders by reconciling payment with ECHO (Eletronic Medical Record system) entries in the cash receipts deposit for both King of Prussia and Pottstown offices.-Completing weekly credit card deposits for King of Prussia and Pottstown office.-Resolving discrepancies when preparing deposits.-Transporting deposits to the bank on a daily basis or as directed by Unit Director.ECHO Billing System Duties:-Ensureing proper capture of services by "tagging" weekly activities that match sign-in sheets.-Working with billing staff at Central Office to provide active communication surrounding services and deposits as well as resolving discrepencies.-Monitoring Group templates to ensure accuracy.-Training staff to use the ECHO system as well as assist them with any difficulty or problems that arise when using the ECHO system.-Providing reports to the Unit Director of recurring ECHO difficulities among the staff for the purpose of further training or coaching.Lawson Duties:-Approve biweekly employee time and partner with Payroll and Director to resolve any issues.-Complete sumplemental time sheets for employees when necessary.Check Request Duties:-Receive and process bills utilizing the software provided by the Central Office to submit to Accounts Payable for payment as well as utilize the tracking system provided for all invoices received to properly monitor bills as they are received and processed.-Resolve non-payment issues when necessary.-Ensure accurate General Ledger coding of check requests.Miscellaneous tasks:-Attending joint billing and AR meetings at the Central Office when scheduled.-Completing any projects or duties as requested by the Unit Director.-Providing administrative backup at the front desk as needed and as coordinated by the Unit Director.
