I am workinv at CCI Kenya as a customer service representative and my main duties and responsibilities in this role are:• Assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns• Documenting customers interactions• Resolving customers issues efficiently and in a timely manner• Providing and educating customers about services offered• Meeting work key performance Indices ie Contact average handling time, customer satisfaction, exceeding contact quality expectations.• Refreshing knowledge on product to ensure providing the correct solution to customers.• Identifying and escalating complex customers to next level of support i.e supervisors/ manager
