CurrentProcter Companies is a small advertising business located in Lakeland, Florida. As an Administrative Assistant, I have the privilege and responsibility of completing the following tasks: - Providing Administrative support to ensure efficiency within the office space - Invoicing with Quickbooks - Applying my Microsoft Office Skills to invoice customers and manage budgets - Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc. - Exhibiting polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail - Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
